Membership, Payments, & Renewals

We have tried to make signing up and renewing your MyScorecard membership as simple as possible. If you have any difficulty with payments, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Signing Up
You can pay for your membership at any time, and your scores will remain safe and intact in your scorecard. To view the expiration of your trial and to continue your membership, you can go to your account page.
You are welcome to pay by any major credit card, via paypal, or by check. For all options, begin by clicking any of the colored buttons on the Membership Renewal page (get there via the renewal link on your Account page).
Yes, you can pay for by check for your membership. To pay by check, click any of the colored buttons on the Membership Renewal page (get there via the renewal link on your Account page). Then, click on the "Check" button to bring up instructions and a form that you can print out and send in with your check.
You may receive an AVS mismatch if the address you enter when you pay does not match the address entered on your credit card. In some cases, this can be because you entered your state as two letter versus the full name, or vice versa. We would encourage you to try to match the zip code and address as closely as possible.

If you continue to have difficulties with payment, we can try to pay using a credit card over paypal, or you can pay by check. If you would rather not pursue either of these options, please contact us and we can find an alternative payment mechanism. Our apologies for the inconvenience - we thank you for your patronage.
MyScorecard does have many international golfers who use the service. We do apologize for the inconvenience and would be happy to work with you to process your payment.

First, you may try to fill out our credit card processing form. In the "state" field, enter in the appropriate state, province, or region that appears on your credit card billing statement.

A second option is to use Paypal. On the payment page, press the "paypal" button which will take you to a paypal processing form that will let you pay using your credit card and let you select one of a number of countries from a dropdown.

If that does not work, please contact us and we will arrange another payment option for you.
We apologize for the double billing - we try our best to prevent double purchases, but sometimes a few slip through. You can confirm that you purchased two memberships by looking at your expiration date on the account page.

If you send us an email, we will refund the duplicate transaction and update your account. The refund should appear on your next statement.

Renewals
You can always check your expiration date on the account page. There you can also extend your membership by 1,2 or 3 years as you would like. If you have questions about your expiration date, or need any assistance extending your membership, please do not hesitate to contact us.
You can pay to extend your membership at anytime, and your scores will remain safe and intact in your scorecard. To view your membership expiration date and to renew/extend your membership, you can go to the Account page.
You can confirm your auto-renewal status by clicking on the Account link at the top of your Scorecard. If your account currently has the auto-renew option on, you will see a small link that says Disable Auto-Renew. Clicking on it will remove the auto-renew option right away. You can then confirm your updated status on your Account page, and can renew your membership manually at any time.
If your membership expires, we transition your account to inactive status. Your scores and statistics remain safe and sound, waiting for you to reactivate your Scorecard. To reactivate your Scorecard, you just need to log back into your account and choose one of the three payment options presented to you.
The red X indicates that the member's account is inactive. The Green A, seen only by the Club Administrator, indicates that admin entry is enabled for that member.
